This structure is not only an attractive focal point, but it is also functional as the custom-engineered LightFrame® panels evenly illuminate the featured vehicle and absorb noise to deliver speech intelligibility and comfortable shopping experience to Nissan’s clients.

Store with grille wood ceiling

Decoustics Lay-In Grille finished in American Maple natural wood veneer adds warmth to this modern retail space. The edges of the grille ceiling were mitered to continue the linear pattern along the narrow corridor.

Seamless transition of the LightFrame® panels from wall to ceiling fills this Manhattan Audi showroom with abundance of light and ensures excellent acoustical performance. Panels are 80” (2.03 m) by 60” (1.52 m) in size and installed using accessible Profile A system on both the ceiling and the wall. Fluorescent light strips are placed in the back and configured for optimal even illumination with no hotspots.

Wall to ceiling application of Cross Piece Grille in Black Cherry wood veneer finish adds a contrasting accent inside Medicine Hat Mall food court area. A fully finished product was delivered on site ready for installation, which ensured precise fit of the mitered edges of the blades and smooth transition from wall to ceiling around the continuous track.

Standard Solo 8 planks in maple veneer with aligned reveals create a paneled appearance. The stepped suspended ceiling units are enhanced by light fixtures concealed behind the panel returns.

Reston Town Center is an acclaimed outdoor venue in Reston, Virginia offering a wide variety of retail shops, restaurants, a cinema and a hotel. The main lobby ceiling was created with the use of Decoustics’ Metallo Silver finish. Metallo is a coated finish that is specifically formulated to provide acoustical transparency and exhibits a contemporary metallic finished appearance. Metallo integrates metallized components to provide luster and sparkle while retaining its superb sound absorption properties. The finish is applied to the face and edge of the panels to create a monolithic appearance.
