Tailored acoustical Quadrillo ceiling and wall panels add the warmth of wood to the newly built Air Lease Corporation offices and provide exceptional sound control throughout this open concept space. Quadrillo panels are manufactured from health-friendly No-Added Formaldehyde acoustical components that include a perforated and grooved membrane, a wood frame and fiberglass core to achieve NRC performance of up to 1.0. The face of the panels is finished with Reconstituted Diamond Oak wood veneer to deliver a flawlessly uniform appearance to the area exceeding over 2,200 sq ft. In the elevator lobby Quadrillo panels are custom-shaped and curved to attain a fluid shape around the bulkhead, and above workstations where the ceiling is lowered the 5.5″ high continuous vertical trim visually adds depth to the ceiling, conceals the suspension and delivers a seamless appearance.

The entire ceiling is suspended on custom-engineered and seismically-certified Ceilencio torsion spring system. Not only does Ceilencio allow the panels to be hinged down for full access to the plenum, but it is also safe to use in areas with high earthquake activity such as Los Angeles. For ease of installation, Quadrillo panels and Ceilencio suspension system components are delivered to site as a fully finished product that is ready for assembly.

Adding the warmth of wood combined with excellent acoustical performance Rondolo ceiling panels finished in walnut natural wood veneer are an ideal choice for the high-end offices of Federal Home Loan Bank in NYC.

Micro-perforated Rondolo panels achieve Noise Reduction Coefficient (NRC) levels of up to 0.95, which helps mitigate noise and deliver great acoustics throughout the hallways and meeting spaces. Micro-perforations virtually disappear at a distance providing the aesthetic of a solid wood panel.

Rondolo panels are suspended using fully accessible Ceilencio grid, complete with factory attached designed returns for added depth and curved on the corners to hold the fluid shape of the ceiling.

Great example of the use of combination of Decoustics acoustical products in one design: ceiling is finished in custom curved Claro Ceilencio, the walls showcase Quadrillo on top half and Solo M on the bottom half, and behind the glass fabric-wrapped free hanging screens provide a beautiful ceiling highlight. Decoustics has the capability to customize our products to achieve specific design intent. In this project Quadrillo Type 5 seamlessly blends in with fully grooved Solo M Type 8 panels in direct wall mounting application. Both products are constructed from No Added Urea Formaldehyde (NAUF) core and finished in Forest Stewardship Council® (FSC® C020536) certified, slip matched American black walnut natural wood veneer. All Decoustics products achieve high NRC values, the lowest flame spread Class A rating (composite test) and are manufactured with high recycled content making them an effective solution for LEED accreditation and green building solutions.

Beautiful design element as well high performance: these 2” thick acoustical free hanging screens have high sound absorption properties in addition to creating a relaxing ambiance due to their fluid shape and reverse pattern installation. Wrapped in Decoustics standard white acoustical fabric the baffles also reflect the light making the room feel airy and spacious.
