Attribute: Wall to Ceiling

Tailored acoustical Quadrillo ceiling and wall panels add the warmth of wood to the newly built Air Lease Corporation offices and provide exceptional sound control throughout this open concept space. Quadrillo panels are manufactured from health-friendly No-Added Formaldehyde acoustical components that include a perforated and grooved membrane, a wood frame and fiberglass core to achieve NRC performance of up to 1.0. The face of the panels is finished with Reconstituted Diamond Oak wood veneer to deliver a flawlessly uniform appearance to the area exceeding over 2,200 sq ft. In the elevator lobby Quadrillo panels are custom-shaped and curved to attain a fluid shape around the bulkhead, and above workstations where the ceiling is lowered the 5.5″ high continuous vertical trim visually adds depth to the ceiling, conceals the suspension and delivers a seamless appearance.

The entire ceiling is suspended on custom-engineered and seismically-certified Ceilencio torsion spring system. Not only does Ceilencio allow the panels to be hinged down for full access to the plenum, but it is also safe to use in areas with high earthquake activity such as Los Angeles. For ease of installation, Quadrillo panels and Ceilencio suspension system components are delivered to site as a fully finished product that is ready for assembly.

Seamless transition of the LightFrame® panels from wall to ceiling fills this Manhattan Audi showroom with abundance of light and ensures excellent acoustical performance. Panels are 80” (2.03 m) by 60” (1.52 m) in size and installed using accessible Profile A system on both the ceiling and the wall. Fluorescent light strips are placed in the back and configured for optimal even illumination with no hotspots.
