Elizabeth joined Decoustics in 2013. She’s a self-motivated human resources professional with proven employee relations skills and a broad knowledge of human resources practices.
In her current role she’s responsible to build strong partnerships with management and all employees to deliver value-added HR service, and best practices that align with the Company’s Vision, Mission, Values, and Objectives. She serves as an HR consultant to management and employees providing guidance on HR related issues, assisting management to make informed business decisions to foster growth, influence innovation and change, and promote teamwork to develop an engaged workplace culture.
Prior to joining Decoustics, Elizabeth served for 10 years at ADP Canada where she managed a team of payroll and benefits administrators.
